Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of ArtifactDeploy. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Vaibhav Gupta, a sole trader trading as ArtifactDeploy (“ArtifactDeploy”, “we”, “us”) covering the website at https://artifactdeploy.com, the dashboard, the MCP server at https://mcp.artifactdeploy.com/mcp, the API and every URL we serve on *.artifactdeploy.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

2. The Service

ArtifactDeploy lets you publish files created with Claude or other tools (“Artifacts”) to publicly reachable URLs, through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) using OAuth sign-in or an API key, or through our dashboard. Features available to you depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid plan.

3. Accounts and API keys

  • You must be at least 16 years old and provide a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password and API keys secret. Revoke any key you believe is compromised and tell us at [email protected].
  • One person or organisation may not create multiple free accounts to get around plan limits.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the Artifacts you deploy. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, cache and serve your Artifacts solely to operate the Service — including making public deployments available to anyone with the URL. This licence ends when you delete the Artifact or your account, except for copies held briefly in backups and caches.

You are responsible for your Artifacts and confirm you have the rights to publish them. Anything deployed without the private flag is publicly accessible to anyone who has, or guesses, the URL.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to host, distribute or link to content or code that:

  • is illegal, or infringes someone else’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • is phishing, impersonates another person or brand, or is designed to collect credentials or payment details deceptively;
  • contains malware, cryptominers, exploits, or scripts that attack visitors’ devices or other systems;
  • sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or terrorism, or harasses or threatens anyone;
  • sends spam or is used as a redirector for spam or abuse;
  • is used as a general-purpose file host, CDN or bulk-download mirror unrelated to sharing Artifacts.

You also must not probe, overload or interfere with the Service, bypass rate or plan limits, or resell the Service without our written permission. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice where there is risk to others. To report abuse, email [email protected] with the URL in question.

6. Subscriptions, billing and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

  • Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at checkout, until cancelled.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Paddle calculates and collects any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST.
  • If a payment fails, Paddle may retry it. If it still fails we may downgrade your account to the Free plan.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The change applies from your next renewal after the notice period.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Free plan and limits

The Free plan is provided as-is and its limits may change. Plan limits (such as the number of active deployments and storage) are enforced automatically. If you downgrade, existing deployments are not deleted, but you may need to remove some before creating new ones.

9. Suspension and termination

You may delete your deployments at any time and can ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. Where reasonable we will notify you first. If we terminate a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

10. Availability and disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Service fast and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Artifacts will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtifactDeploy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you have not paid us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your Artifacts or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date and, for material changes, email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
