Billing questions
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. Sign up with an email address and start deploying. You only enter payment details if you upgrade.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which also handles invoices and sales tax/VAT.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing → Manage subscription. You keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again.
Do you offer refunds?

What happens to my deployments if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted automatically. If you have more than 3 deployments on Free, existing URLs keep working but you will need to delete some before deploying new ones.
