Billing questions
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. Sign up with an email address and start deploying. You only enter payment details if you upgrade.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly — whichever you choose at checkout. Yearly billing costs the same as 10 months — 2 months free. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which also handles invoices and sales tax/VAT.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes — email us from your account address and we’ll switch it for you. The change takes effect from your next billing date.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing → Manage subscription. You keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — every payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for details.
What happens to my deployments if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted automatically. Existing URLs keep working, but if you have more deployments than your new plan allows (3 on Free, 75 on Starter) you’ll need to delete some before deploying new ones. Password protection and private links stay in place.
What is the “Deployed with ArtifactDeploy” badge?
Artifacts on the Free plan show a small link to ArtifactDeploy in the bottom-right corner. Any paid plan removes it from all your deployments straight away.
How does Team pricing work?
Team is $12 per seat per month (or $120 per seat per year), with a minimum of 3 seats. Create a team from Dashboard → Team, invite people with a link, and add or remove seats any time — changes are prorated.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Paddle accepts major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and local payment methods depending on your country.
